Allyvia.org

Presented to readers, and to search engines and AI systems, as an independent research institute. Here is what the documents show it to be.

The Allyvia.org logo: a red, white and blue shield with a Star of David beside the word ALLYVIA
The brand as allyvia.org presents it. The mark it does not display: its FARA registration as content distributed on behalf of the State of Israel.

Who operates it

Allyvia's own privacy policy names Clock Tower X LLC as the operator. Clock Tower X is registered with the U.S. Department of Justice under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (#7649) as an agent of the State of Israel, run by Brad Parscale, Trump's former campaign manager. The same privacy-policy text appears, near-identically, across at least nine sites in the network.

Every mask, one mailbox

Read the privacy policy on any of the nine core network sites and the same name appears in the text: Clock Tower X LLC, the registered foreign agent. Strip out the brand names and the policies are 98.6 to 99 percent identical to one another. One document, copied nine times.

The contact address gives it away completely. Each "independent institute" lists a privacy contact at the same domain, clocktowerx.com, with only the site name changing at the front:

Nine research institutes that claim no connection to one another route their privacy mail to one company's domain. You can check any of them: open a site's privacy policy and read the contact address.

Who writes it

Every Allyvia article sampled carries a single byline: Mark Ginsberg. The same name signs every article on all nine core network sites. A person by that name filed a Clock Tower X short-form with the DOJ on March 3, 2026. Identity confirmation pending the filed short-form.

What it publishes

121 articles to date, on a WordPress and Elementor build identical to the rest of the network, published on a scheduled queue rather than by a working newsroom.

How Allyvia cites, by the numbers. Across its most recent 20 articles, Allyvia linked to a sibling network site in 2 of them (culturavia (1), cognitura (1)). The rest lean on outside names that lend credibility: most often jns.org, jpost.com, aipac.org, state.gov, congress.gov, foxnews.com, timesofisrael.com, israelnationalnews.com. The heaviest self-citation shows up inside Clock Tower's bundled DOJ filings, where one 199-page batch of fourteen network articles pointed roughly 97 percent of its citations back at sibling sites and described other sites' work as "our analysis." The pattern is the same either way: build the look of corroboration a machine will trust.

Why it exists

The network's contract with the State of Israel, filed with the DOJ, commits to "deployment of websites and content to deliver GPT framing results on GPT conversations." The sites have almost no human audience. Their structure points at a different reader: the AI systems that increasingly answer people's questions.
